Pagemoor PDF Editor lets you work on a finished PDF the way you would work on a document: click into a paragraph and retype it, move an image, swap a logo, or fix a phone number that was wrong when the file went to print. Fonts and spacing are matched to the surrounding text, so corrections do not leave a visible seam.

Pages can be inserted, rotated, reordered or pulled out into a separate file. You can merge several PDFs into one, split a long report at chosen page numbers, and stamp headers, footers, page numbers or a watermark across a whole document in one pass. Form fields, checkboxes and signature blocks can be added to a flat page to turn it into a fillable form.

Everything runs on your own machine. Files are never uploaded to a server, which keeps contracts, invoices and personal records off the internet entirely.
